Common Appliance Problems We Fix
Refrigerator Not Cooling
Dirty condenser coils, a failed evaporator fan, a stuck defrost thermostat, a leaking sealed system or a bad control board all show up the same way — warm food and a compressor that runs nonstop. We test the sealed system and the controls rather than guessing at parts.
Washer Won't Drain or Spin
A clogged drain pump, a broken lid switch, a worn drive belt, a failed shifter or an unbalanced load sensor will each stop a cycle cold. Standing water in the drum is the sign to call before the bearing takes damage.
Dryer Takes Two or Three Cycles
Long dry times are almost never the dryer itself. Restricted venting, a lint-packed blower housing, a weak heating element or a failed thermostat are the usual causes — and a blocked vent is also a fire risk.
Oven Won't Hold Temperature
Bake elements, igniters, temperature sensors and control boards drift out of spec over time. If your oven overshoots, underbakes or throws an F-code, it is measurable and repairable.
