Alliance Appliance Repair is a locally owned and operated appliance repair company based at 2102 S Main Street, Stillwater, OK 74074. We serve homeowners, landlords, property managers and businesses across 37 Oklahoma communities — from Stillwater and Payne County out to the Tulsa and Oklahoma City metros.
We built this business on a simple idea: diagnose the appliance properly, quote the repair honestly, and tell the customer plainly when a replacement is the smarter purchase. That means testing sealed systems, elements, sensors and boards instead of swapping parts and hoping. It is slower on the first visit and much cheaper over the life of the appliance.

How We Diagnose
The difference between a repair that lasts and one that comes back is almost always the diagnostic. Our technicians meter components rather than guess at them: sealed-system pressures and superheat on refrigeration, continuity and resistance on heating elements and thermal fuses, pump and valve operation under real water load, igniter draw and safety-valve response on gas appliances, and control-board inputs before anyone condemns a board. Boards are the most over-sold part in this industry, and most of the time the board is fine while a sensor, harness or ground is not.
We also carry the common wear parts for the brands we see most often, so the majority of repairs finish on the first visit. When a part has to be ordered, you get the timeline up front, and we call you the day it arrives instead of leaving you to chase us.
