Brand not listed? Call (405) 200-1490 — we service most commercial equipment regardless of badge, including rebadged and private-label units.
Why the Brand on the Badge Matters
Commercial equipment is built from a fairly small pool of compressors, controls, valves and burner assemblies, but each manufacturer wires and programs them differently. Knowing the brand tells a technician which service documentation to pull, which diagnostic mode the controller uses, whether parts are stocked regionally or ordered from the factory, and whether the unit is still inside a manufacturer parts warranty you should be claiming instead of paying for. That is why the first question we ask on a commercial call is the brand, model and serial number off the data plate.
Refrigeration and Walk-Ins
True, Turbo Air, Beverage-Air, Continental, Traulsen and Delfield reach-ins and prep tables share the same common failure list: iced-over evaporators from a failed defrost cycle, condensers packed with grease and dust in a hot kitchen, door gaskets that no longer seal after a season of traffic, and refrigerant leaks at brazed joints. Walk-in coolers and freezers add condensing-unit, expansion-valve and controller faults that need gauges and a proper superheat check rather than a parts swap.
Ice Machines
Hoshizaki, Manitowoc, Scotsman and Ice-O-Matic heads are among the most maintenance-sensitive machines in any building. Oklahoma water is hard, and scale on the evaporator plate is the leading cause of thin cubes, short harvest cycles and outright shutdowns. Water filters, descaling and sanitizing on a schedule prevent most of the emergency calls we get from restaurants, convenience stores and hotels.
Cooking Equipment
Vulcan, Garland, Southbend, Imperial, Pitco, Frymaster and Henny Penny units fail in predictable ways: pilot and spark ignition problems, gas valves that will not stay open, high-limit trips, thermostats and probes drifting far enough to burn or undercook product, and fryer temperature calibration slipping after months of daily use. Gas work is handled by technicians who test combustion and safety circuits, not just swap the part that failed.
Warewashing and Laundry
Hobart, Jackson and CMA dish machines have to hit sanitize temperature every cycle to keep you compliant on an inspection, and booster heaters, thermostats, wash pumps and chemical feeds are the parts that keep that from happening. On the laundry side, Speed Queen, Maytag Commercial, Huebsch, Dexter and Continental Girbau machines in apartment buildings, dorms and laundromats fail at coin and card systems, drain valves, bearings, belts and heating circuits — downtime that costs revenue every hour the machine sits idle.
Who We Work With
Restaurants and bars, gas stations and convenience stores, universities and school districts, hotels and event venues, churches, care facilities, grocery and c-store cooler lines, food trucks and commissary kitchens across Oklahoma. Many of these accounts run on preventative maintenance schedules so equipment gets cleaned, calibrated and inspected before it fails in the middle of a shift — call (405) 200-1490 to set one up.
